About Andrea Oskis

Dr Andrea Oskis is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at Middlesex University, London. Her teaching and research expertise extend across a range of areas in psychology, focusing on human relationships and how we make and maintain bonds with each other, and the role of food in social connection. Andrea trained at the Bowlby Centre and is a UKCP registered attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist in private practice in London. www.cupboard-love.co.uk is Andrea’s space to be a therapist who cooks, and where she find conversation, meaning and life lessons in all things food.
